4、项目规划：该项目为二期工程，一期工程投资1,800万元人民币，已建成投产，每年可加工板材10万吨。二期工程计划投资1,200万元，其中，设备投资700万元，厂房及附属设施500万元，二期工程建成后，每年计划
加工板材20万吨，项目建设期为1年。

原材料来源：原材料从鞍钢、本钢等企业购买，运输成本低。

选址及公用工程配套：项目地址选在辽阳县首山镇向阳高科技工业园区，占地面积450,000平方米。用电由辽阳县黑牛庄变电所提供，电容量为60,000KVA，用水由辽阳县自来水公司供应，并自备地下水井一眼。可满足生产、生活需要。
三、市场分析
采用剪切方式加工钢板成本低，比传统的切割每吨降低成本200元左右，而且钢板断面光滑易于加工，很容易被用户接受。目前国内尚未有具备深加工及配套能力的企业，如尽快开发此项目，将会大量占有国内市场份额。
四、项目单位概述
企业占地20,000平方米，建筑面积4,000平方米，钢板纵剪及小型横切机组一套，年产量可达10万吨。目前是东北地区设备最先进、加工种类最多、加工精度最高、年产量最大的公司之一。公司同时实行业务部、仓储部、生产部24小时一条龙服务。

The second stage plans to invest RMB 12 million yuan, among them, the investment of equipent is RMB 7 million yuan, the factory building and affiliated facility cost RMB 5 million yuan., construction period is one year that the second stage plans to process 200,000 tons of plank material per year after being built up , theconstruction period is a year.

1. Source of the raw materials: The raw materials purchase from Anshan Iron and Steel Plant and Benxin Iron and Steel Plant with the low cost to transport.

Ⅲ.Market Analysis
It costs low to adopt the way of shearing to slice the steel plate, comparing the traditional way, it can decline the cost for RMB 200 yuan or so for each year,and the cross section of steel plate is very smooth to apt to process, it is very easy to be accepted by the customer. At present there isn't any enterprise which has the kit ability of deepen processing the plank material in the domestic, if we develop this project as soon as possible, we will capture the domestic market share

The enterprise covers now an area of 20,000 square meters, factory building and office are 40,000 square meters, there is a set of vertical steel plate to cut and small-scale crosscut machine with the output of 100,000 tons per year.
